If you’re like me, you’ve tried REALLY HARD to get (or stay) in shape.

You’ve tried the exercises.

But nothing works. At least, not for long.

You lose a few pounds, then gain them all back.

You starve yourself for a few days, only to binge-eat the next few.

This is a painful, frustrating (and sometimes depressing) cycle to fall into.

Turning down social events because none of your clothes fit…

...skipping the beach because you're terrified to let people see you in a bathing suit…

...taking selfies at a really high angle to hide the double chin...

...the list goes on and the struggle is real. We know. We've been there.

 The Reason Most Diets Haven't Worked for You...

...is because they only cater to two types of people.

The problem is, there’s a THIRD type of person.

A Third "Diet Style".

And it’s very likely that you’re in the third category (like myself and hundreds of thousands of others).

Sadly, almost no diets are designed for us.

Not only that, but other "typical" diets only work for a small percentage of people. 

And when I say “small”, I mean a VERY SMALL percentage of people.

 The 2 "Typical" Diet Styles...

Almost every diet you’ve tried is one of these types:

Selection Diets

These diets specifically help you select WHAT to eat. And, they work great (for a small group of people).

I call these people "Selectors".

You know these types - it’s like they ENJOY ordering salad and diet salmon at restaurants!

They effortlessly select the right foods at the grocery store, at restaurants, at parties, wherever.

They might eat a lot of food, but it's always a lot of the RIGHT KIND of food.

Portion Control Diets

These diets are focused on helping you control HOW MUCH to eat. These, too, only work for small group of people I call "Controllers".

These people may not always eat the cleanest, but they tend to have an easy time knowing when “enough is enough” and they’re great at portion control.

I’ll never understand how they can only eat “half” of a cheesecake slice.

Nearly ALL diets focus on helping you select WHAT you eat (Selection Diets), and control HOW MUCH to eat (Portion Control Diets).

Now... Don’t get me wrong.

Being smart about the types of food you eat and the quantity of food you eat is extremely important.

But, if you’re honest with yourself...

...you might agree that you just don't have enough willpower to successfully follow those kind of diets.

And that’s okay because there's another path.

The 3rd Diet Style “For the Rest of Us”
